What I found interesting this time

This is my last entry of the year. I’ll try to continue similar project in the future but with some small changes. Instead of reading I’ll try to focus on writing my own articles and code

“Does Current AI Represent a Dead End?,” n.d. https://www.bcs.org/articles-opinion-and-research/does-current-ai-represent-a-dead-end/

Short article written by Eerke Boiten, Professor of Cyber Security at De Montfort University Leicester.
I love how short and descriptive it is. Basically Eerke lays down all issues with current LLMs. Starting from data input and ending on no possibility to test those systems reliably.
If you enthusiastic about LLMs it’s must read as it will re-validate your expectations with rought reality.

“How Bloom Filters Made SQLite 10x Faster,” n.d. https://avi.im/blag/2024/sqlite-past-present-future/

Simple article on how application of Bloom filters allowed to speed up SQLlite.
